Indoor cycling app

The workout-focused indoor cycling app for iPhone and Android

You already own a smart trainer. You do not need a virtual island, an avatar, or a group ride to get the session done. zCycle Pad is an indoor cycling app for iPhone, Android, and iPad with an Apple Watch companion on iOS: pair Bluetooth FTMS, ride ERG or structured .zwo workouts, and save the ride to Apple Fitness / Health or Health Connect on Android.

If you are searching for a Zwift-style world on your phone, this is the other lane. zCycle Pad is the trainer cockpit — no map, no game.

Who this indoor cycling app is for

  • You bought an FTMS trainer (Elite Suito, KICKR, Tacx, and similar) and want an app that is just the workout.
  • You want ERG mode and structured intervals on iPhone or Android — not a laptop cockpit.
  • On iOS you can ride with Apple Watch for live power, HR, cadence, and interval haptics.
  • You want the session in Apple Fitness with heart rate actually in it.

Skip zCycle Pad if you want multiplayer races, scenic video worlds, or a free unlimited trainer app with no paid tier. Starting rides requires zCycle Plus.

Not ZYCLE hardware

zCycle Pad is an iOS indoor cycling app by Adam Codes Ltd. ZYCLE (zycle.eu) is a different company that makes indoor cycling hardware in Europe. If a ZYCLE trainer speaks Bluetooth FTMS, zCycle Pad can pair to it like any other FTMS trainer. We are not affiliated.

What you get on the bike

  • Bundled .zwo structured workouts plus open and HR-zone rides
  • FTMS trainer list — lab tested on Elite Suito T
  • Apple Watch companion (does not pair trainers itself)
  • Apple Health / Fitness export
